How to Place an Order
Simply add your selections to your cart. You will be guided through the order process from cart to checkout. We use Paypal as our credit card processing center for all orders placed directly through our secure website. You do not have to have a Paypal account to order online. Your personal and credit card information is protected. Your purchase will appear on your statement as Donna Babylon/Windsor Oak Publishing.

Shipping

Your order will ship within 5-7 business days from receipt of order. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. Actual shipping costs are estimated in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Free shipping incentives are for U.S. addresses only. Canadian and International customers will be notified of the shipping charges prior to shipment of the order. 

Returns

All downloadable products are non-returnable. If you experience a problem downloading a product, please contact us within 24 hours of date of purchase. Physical items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for immediate exchange within 5 days of receipt of order. Otherwise, all sales are final and merchandise is non-returnable. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Donna@SayItWithApplique.com for authorization and return instructions. Upon authorization, damaged merchandise should be returned to: Windsor Oak Publishing, 925 Wakefield Valley Road, New Windsor, MD 21776

We only use your personal information to process your order and deliver the items you requested, notify you of exclusive promotions, and to thank you for your business. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from my mailing list by submitting an "Unsubscribe" request.
